The Black Boule

The Black Skull and Bones

Steve Cokely spent his life exposing the Black Gatekeepers

When we think of the “Black Boule,” it may remind us of the term Uncle Tom, since over the years it has been watered down and bastardized; thus, its true meaning has been lost. Uncle Tom from the Novel Uncle Tom’s Cabin was not a collaborator to the slave master, but a lowly cowardly slave that tried to ignore his condition. On the other hand, Sambo served as overseer for his white master, actively collaborating with his oppressor against his own people in return for titles and trinkets.

Nowadays, people think someone who’s Black, rich and pretends not to see the obvious shadow that white supremacy cast, or pretends not to smell the distinct stench that white supremacy emits is part of the Black Boule. However, they are more likened to an Uncle Tom, since they don’t actively collaborate with their white paymasters. The Black Boule, in contrast, works hand in hand with his oppressors to maintain white supremacy. There is a vast difference between the rich cooning Negroes who are simply cowards, and the well-organized highly motivated Black Boule.

We have Steve Cokely to thank for this distinction.

Cokely was the first to shine the light on the Black Boule in the early to mid-90s. His mastery in the art of War Correspondence and intelligence gathering was on par with greats like Del Jones and Cheikh Anta Diop. Cokely is credited with putting the Black Boule in their proper context as powerful gatekeepers and foot soldiers for white supremacy. These men and women of the Black Boule are intellectuals, business people, politicians, philanthropists and straight-up crooks. Churned out from so-called Greek fraternities and sororities of HBCU’s across the U.S. When you study the works of Cokely, it becomes much easier to separate the Negro, cooning to get rich, from the Black Gatekeepers that are intricate to the system of white supremacy.

So rather you know them as the Talented Tenth or The Links, let’s all take a moment to remember the late great Steve Cokely. The man who guided the Real Black Media on a path of identifying and calling out one the most single greatest threats to Black empowerment- the Black Boule.

  1. I totally disagree that Black fraternities and sororities are gatekeepers for white supremacy.

    1. Thank you for your comments as all are welcome. Although it has has been well documented that the Black Boule are gatekeepers to serve and protect White supremacy
